Once your lot has been purchased, the true fun of designing your dream home begins!
Step 1: Meet our design and selections team to share your ideas and budget as well as review our custom design/build capabilities and recent projects.
Step 2: We will conduct a full assessment of your lot, ensuring the perfect placement of your home and understanding any challenges that may exist with the natural environment and/or existing structures as well as neighborhood restrictions in regard to home design.
Step 3: Study Drawings are produced and signed.
Step 4: Construction Drawings are produced and signed.
